The Brutus Wild Card is the loyalty card offered by Brutus S.r.l. to reward its most loyal clients with exclusive advantages. Wild Card holders are entitled to activate a lifetime warranty on every product, covering any defects or non-conformities, forever.
Only Brutus Wild Card members will receive access to exclusive initiatives and invitations, communicated via email, WhatsApp, SMS, or published on www.brutusfactory.com.
Brutus reserves the right to update or modify these terms at any time. Clients are invited to regularly consult the website for the latest information.
1. Eligibility
1.1 The Brutus Wild Card is reserved for private customers over 18 years of age.
1.2 The Wild Card is personal and non-transferable; each customer may activate one card only.
2. Issuance and Activation
2.1 The Brutus Wild Card is automatically activated upon your first purchase, at no additional cost.
2.2 To activate the card, the customer must provide their personal data (name, email, phone number), which will be processed in accordance with applicable data protection laws.
2.3 Confirmation of activation will be sent via email, WhatsApp, or SMS. If not received, please contact customer.care@brutusfactory.com.
2.4 Once activated, the customer will gain access to all exclusive Wild Card benefits.
3. Use
3.1 The Brutus Wild Card is intended strictly for private use. Any misuse may result in deactivation and claims for damages.
3.2 The card is strictly personal and may not be transferred to third parties.
3.3 Brutus may deactivate the card in cases of fraudulent use or false registration data.

Brutus is not responsible for any technical issues caused by the customer’s device or internet connection.
5. Counterfeiting

7. Miscellaneous

7.2 The Wild Card is not subject to the regulations governing prize contests or sweepstakes.
7.3 Any disputes will first be addressed through conciliation at the Chamber of Commerce of Turin (CCIAA). If unresolved, legal jurisdiction will fall under the Court of Turin.
