1. Shipping Methods and Delivery Times
1.1 Brutus delivers to Italy, European Union countries, and selected non-EU countries (the complete list is available at www.brutusfactory.com).
1.2 Shipments are handled via DHL Express. You can track your package using the link sent by email upon dispatch confirmation. Estimated delivery times are:
- Italy: 24–48 hours (up to 72 hours for Calabria, Puglia, Basilicata, and the islands);
- European Union: 48–72 hours;
- Rest of the world: 3–5 business days.
- Deliveries are made Monday through Friday.
1.3 Orders are processed as quickly as possible and shipped within the timeframes indicated on the product page, unless delays occur. Customers will be promptly notified of any delays.
1.4 For out-of-size, made-to-measure, or bespoke items, production and delivery times will be communicated at the time of order confirmation.
1.5 Upon delivery, the customer is required to check:
- that the packaging is intact, undamaged, dry, and not tampered with;
- that the number of packages matches the shipping document.
In case of visible damage or discrepancies, the customer must inform the courier and choose whether to:
(I) refuse the delivery, or
(II) accept it with reservation, clearly stating the issue.
In the latter case, a refund may be requested for any damage discovered when opening the package. If no issue is reported at the time of delivery, the goods are considered accepted, and Brutus S.r.l. declines any liability for packaging defects or mismatches with the order.
1.6 Brutus shall not be held responsible for non-delivery or delays due to force majeure, such as strikes, government restrictions, transport issues, fires, floods, earthquakes, wars, or civil unrest. In such cases, the customer will be promptly informed.
2. Shipping Costs
Shipping is free for orders over €50.00 within Italy or for orders paid by cash on delivery.
For orders under €50.00 or for international shipments, shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer and will be clearly indicated at checkout.
3. Right of Withdrawal and Return Policy
3.1 Customers have the right to withdraw from the purchase within 14 days of receiving the goods (excluding out-of-size, made-to-measure, or bespoke items), by submitting a return request to Brutus and providing their bank details for the refund.
3.2 Returned products must be unused, undamaged, and complete with all original tags and labels. If these conditions are not met, the return will not be accepted and the products will be returned to the customer at their own expense.
3.3 Returns must be packed using the original packaging or another suitable packaging that ensures adequate protection of the product during transit.
3.4 Brutus offers free returns for orders placed within Italy. For international returns, shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility.
3.5 Return Procedure:
Registered customers:
- Log in to your Shopify account and go to the "Orders" section
- Click on the order you wish to return
- Click on "Returns"
- In the "Select items to return" section, indicate the quantity and reason for return
