1.1 On the website www.brutusfactory.com, customers can purchase products made by Brutus S.r.l., including clothing, footwear, and accessories, whose technical characteristics are listed in the online catalog and are subject to the following Terms and Conditions of Sale.
1.2 These terms and conditions apply to all orders placed in Italy, in EU countries, and in non-EU countries listed on the website. They form an integral part of the purchase contract without the need for express reference.
1.3 Customers may only purchase products displayed in the online catalog at the time the order is placed.
1.4 Brutus reserves the right to modify the technical specifications, features, or prices of its products at any time.
1.5 These Terms and Conditions of Sale may be updated by Brutus at any time. The version in force at the time of the order will apply. Customers are advised to review the latest version on the website before placing an order.
2. Purchasing Methods
2.1 Brutus products can be purchased using one of the following methods:
Online Order
Customers must complete the Purchase Form on the website and accept the Terms and Conditions by selecting “Confirm Order.” A confirmation email will be sent to the address provided by the customer, at which point the contract is considered concluded.
We recommend saving or printing a copy of the Terms and Conditions as required by Italian Legislative Decree 206/2005 (Consumer Code).

Email Order
Request the order form by emailing customer.care@brutusfactory.com, complete it, and send it back to the same address. A confirmation will be sent upon receipt of the order.
Note: Online ordering is the only option available for out-of-stock sizes, made-to-measure pieces, or personalized designs.
2.2 Each order will be accompanied by a packing list or a commercial invoice (only if requested at checkout).
3. Shipping Methods and Delivery Times
3.1 Brutus ships to Italy, EU countries, and selected non-EU countries (the complete list is available at www.brutusfactory.com).
3.2 All shipments are handled by DHL Express. Estimated delivery times are as follows:
- Italy: 24–48 hours (up to 72 hours for Calabria, Puglia, Basilicata, and islands);
- European Union: 48–72 hours;
- Rest of the world: 3–5 business days.
- Deliveries are made Monday through Friday.
3.3 Orders are processed as quickly as possible and shipped according to the timeframe indicated on each product page, unless otherwise communicated.
3.4 For out-of-stock sizes, custom pieces, or bespoke products, production and delivery times will be provided at the time of order confirmation.
4. Shipping Costs
- Free shipping within Italy for orders over €50.00 or for orders paid by cash on delivery.
- For orders under €50.00 or international shipments, shipping costs are charged to the customer and specified at checkout.
5. Prices and Payment Methods
5.1 Prices for Italy include VAT and shipping, unless otherwise specified. For international orders, specific shipping fees will be applied based on destination country.

6. Out-of-Size, Made-to-Measure, or Custom Designs
Orders for customized items must be placed via order form and paid exclusively by bank transfer. The right of withdrawal does not apply to these products.

8. Right of Withdrawal and Return Policy
For all products, excluding out of size, made to measure, or personalized items the customer may request a return within 14 days of receiving the order. Full return conditions and instructions are available in the dedicated section on the website.
9. Product Warranty
All Brutus products are covered by a 24-month legal warranty for defects, faults, or non-conformities.
An extended lifetime warranty is available for Brutus Wild Card holders.
10. Privacy

11. Governing Law – Jurisdiction
These Terms and Conditions are governed by Italian law. Any disputes shall fall under the exclusive jurisdiction of the Court of Turin, Italy.
